We encourage you to take a moment to review the OOS User Guide. This high level overview will walk you through everything you need to know about the OOS site; this includes the checkout process and tracking the status of your order.

Can I change my password?

No, passwords are automatically reset at the start of each quarter. If you have any issues or questions please email RM-OOSApprovals@drivetime.com.


How often can I place orders?

You can place one order once a week (Saturday - Friday).

Is there a minimum or maximum number of items can I order?

Yes, you must order at least 2 different items for approval. Orders with only 1 item will be denied. The max total cost of your order cannot exceed your monthly budget of $1,000.

Can I order multiples of a certain item?

No, any duplicate items will be removed. It’s best to place your order in OOS early and consistently so your store is restocked well before you run out.


When can I order/receive business cards?

*Must be ordered by Wednesday 5pm MST

Business cards are always printed on Friday only. Then shipped the following Tuesday.

*If you add business cards to your order with regular items, the entire order will not ship until the following Tuesday. If regular items are needed quicker, place a separate order for business cards.

How/when are business cards approved?

All business cards are reviewed before approval to print. Please follow all instructions and place your order before Wednesday at 5pm MST (otherwise it will be delayed a week).

What about letterheads and envelopes?

The same rules above apply. We recommend ordering all these items at once and consistently to avoid delays.


How do I check the status of an order?

Click on “My Profile” in the main navigation, then click the button “My Orders” on the right side. There you will be able to see all of recent orders and their current status. Please email RM-OOSApprovals@drivetime.com, if you have any questions.

When will I know if my order is approved/denied? Will I be notified?

Once an order is placed, it will reviewed and approved or declined within 24 hours. An email update will be sent shortly after, containing your order’s status.

What do I do if an order is denied?

When you receive the “denied” email notification, follow the instructions provided then resubmit (if needed).


How long do orders usually take to ship after they’re approved?

Regular orders (no business cards or letterheads) that are approved, will take up to 7 business days for delivery. Once approved, please allow 2-3 weeks for business cards to arrive.

Can an order be expedited?

Only under special circumstances. Please email RM-OOSApprovals@drivetime.com with your order number and an explanation of your situation as soon as possible.

How do I track my orders?

Once an order has shipped you’ll receive an email notification with the FedEx tracking information.
